Our History
Oxford SACC Organization was founded in June 1997.
Our Organization is a non-profit childcare center, governed by a Community Board of Directors, who meet monthly to review financial statements and ensure the organization is meeting the needs and goals set for the programs and the community.

1997 Oxford SACC opens the first location at Oxford Elementary School

2014 ClubRowe at Guy E Rowe Elementary School opens

2015 Early Childhood Program in Norway is opened

2017 Relocated all Early Childhood Programs to Webberbrook location

2018 Otisfield Community School Before & After School Program opens

2023 Paris Elementary Before & After School Program opens
Oxford SACC currently operates in 5 locations serving approximately 275 children and employs 41 staff.
